Yeah, it is! I love bobbit worms a hell of a lot, so I commissioned @dangerouscolors.bsky.social to make me some bobbit pixel art. I also commissioned him again them just yesterday for this pycnogonid because I can never have enough weird little sea beasts.

Is there a word for the kind of feature that the mushroom's cap forms here? It's not a knot because there's nothing above it, I think. And I don't know if it counts as a flare since it's not at the very tip.

I don't know how you would even do it (brown near-clear with rainbow glitter?) but I desperately need bobbit worm-inspired sex toys. That's more of a shape thing than a color thing, I suppose, but the colors would be cool as well!

Oh, and the second one glows and is UV reactive! (The first one is just UV reactive, but I don't have a blacklight so that doesn't matter much to me.) I assume the first image is the GITD and the second is under UV light, but I don't actually know how to tell.
