In 2016 @senatorchuckgrassley raised the issue of #specialgovernmentemployee and the report warned there were a lot of gray areas prime for exploitation. At the time the finger was pointing at Clinton. Again - we had almost 10 years to shine light on the grey areas but instead chose to do nothing.
