Is there swing decision data that reflects this approach change?

Which is better value?

You think such a competitive team will be able to carry him on the roster for the full year?

Thought Allen was a non tender candidate. To get anything of value for him seems like a coup

On the orioles side Ward probably gets a qo? So you’re also getting a comp pick in this deal?
November 20, 2025 at 1:52 AM
Yes true but ward also 13 mil this year and Rodriguez a fraction of that
November 20, 2025 at 1:50 AM
Probably not the best way to do this, but ward is projected for 2.5 fwar next year. Seems somewhat likely angels could exceed that value from Rodriguez over the course of their control

What’s to dislike from the angels side?

For naylor I’m really curious about giving low bat speed guys long deals. The bat speed aging curve is pretty vicious.

On one hand they have learned to succeed without it but on the other are they at a point where they can’t afford to lose anymore?

Haven’t watched the dodgers until now. Is it just command? His stuff/velocity still looks decent
November 1, 2025 at 5:12 PM
Ahh interesting
October 16, 2025 at 5:23 PM
How could it be that low? His stuff seems like it would be way too good for that? Just too many uncompetitive pitches?
October 16, 2025 at 5:21 PM
How much would devers in may change the predictions?
September 29, 2025 at 5:11 PM
Especially odd since his swing isn’t at all flat
September 27, 2025 at 9:46 PM
Ahh yes! Thanks!
September 18, 2025 at 6:44 PM
Gotcha, thank you. Why would it go away on the team level?
September 18, 2025 at 6:38 PM
Sensing a trend...
September 15, 2025 at 6:37 PM
Makes sense, thank you!
