In fairness I don't think that Tory government had anything like this to deal with in terms of the US going fucking mental.
Yes they had Brexit, Covid etc and royally fucked those up too, no reason to think they would have dealt with this any better. I expect they would have just cosied up to Trump

Yes pretty much. As the season goes on and injuries pile up we might see some stretch in that middle area as those with stronger squads manage to pick up a few more points?

It is a good point and you are right.
But.. I think the problem is - for me anyway - WE are playing like this in every game, regardless of the opposition.
Anyway today was all about the points.
