Honestly, Im getting more into Dp because of the character growth. He has a daughter now! He's friends with Wolverine and hangs out with the X-Men. I'll never forget that he was Evans hero too :')

And! She's a rare comic book character who gets an ending! Where she's not fridged and I like to imagine is living a happier life wherever she is.

They both had an impact on each other and were a nice chapter in eachothers lives. And now it's done. It's pretty cool imo :D

It's the girls' job to 'fix' a troubled man. No, she straight up tells him you can do better, and he's the only one who can do that.

This also applies to herself. Their relationship isn't perfect on both ends. She's troubled, too. They both need to find better people and do better.

Wade and Vanessa cared abt each other, but they couldn't give each other what the other wanted. I haven't read much Dp comics, but the dynamic they had made this one of my favorite solo runs.

She's not perfect, and I love that. She doesn't do the cliche thing a lot of comics do where 2/?
