Great list! I'd add: clear, data-driven distribution strategy. Even incredible founders in big markets fail without systematic go-to-market motion and ongoing growth obsession - from early traction to scale.

Absolutely agree - tools can handle tactics, but intuition, storytelling, and the courage to pursue ambitious bets are irreplaceable. PMs who master synthesis and inspire teams will only become more valuable as AI accelerates execution.

Especially in fast-moving orgs, tackling incremental automation over “big bang” transformations is underrated - lower risk, faster wins, and compounding platform maturity. Exciting to see real frameworks for PMs to utilize right away
