I do make a pork loin at least a couple times a month. You just take off the silver skin, rub it with olive oil & your favorite spices, I use paprika, garlic powder etc (sometimes I use a local guys white lightning rub) whatever you like! And it's done in no time. And it is effortless and delicious.
