no one ever did an intervention on me when I was on hard drugs but when I got clean and obsessed with the gym & running, my friends sat my ass down and said “we are all very worried about you”

that’s genuinely traumatic

that’s my goal, harm reduction and to help people keep a healthy relationship with it. I don’t want anyone who uses it as medicine to have it turn on them and I think it can be prevented for those who may be on that path by taking tolerance breaks & watching potency
