Very sad today is our last beach day and vacation day. But we had a fantastic vacation. I even got my beach nap cuddles from the BabyToast (who is not a baby anymore but I still haven't come up with new toast names for them) @ryetoast.bsky.social

I got my first curly cut right before we started moving and never had the time to actually style my hair because we'll, we were moving. Tried to style my hair for the first time today and it looks so much better than before I had a curly cut. It really does make a difference lol

ToddlerToast got to watch his friends from his class graduate today. He's in an inclusive program that helps with his social development (as well as speech) and he won the fabulous friend award.
ToddlerToast and BabyToast need new names. ToddlerToast isn't a toddler anymore and BabyToast is now 2.

Around this time 2 years ago I was admitted for induction with BabyToast for pre-eclampsia. I was constantly being monitored for it for almost 3 whole months before I finally tested positive for it. Any soon to be mama's out there, listen to your body! If you don't feel right, advocate for yourself!

Trying to brainstorm ideas on securing an ac in here.
Growing up I used to sleep on my sister's bedroom floor or my parents bedroom floor. Obviously that's not an option with the ToastTots.
We have a standing portable one. We just need to seal and secure the window. Somehow.

Poor ToastTots. Gotta brainstorm ways to install an ac in this room. My bedroom never got to have ac because the window opens like a door. So I literally cannot put an ac in and it's huge so I haven't figured out how to use the portable ac with it...

This is my heart rate laying down and it only got to like 80 degrees today (my room is hot at night bc 1. no ac and 2. the house is stucco so it releases heat inside when the outside cools) #dysautonomia

Oh yeah he's definitely starting to feel better. He decided to wake up at like 830 and hasn't gone back to bed. He's been actually walking around and babbling and even ate some gamer soups at like 11:45pm🤣🤣🤣

BabyToast got a different antibiotic this afternoon and is starting to feel better! Still cranky and extra tired, but a little less those. Bedtime cuddles after a tubby sure did cheer him up some.

So I am a cloth diaper mama at heart and it kills me that I can't full time cloth diaper rn. HOWEVER ToddlerToast is not re-potty training how I would have liked so I'm converting my cloth diapers into pull ups to put over his underwear so he still feels wet when there's accidents

While limiting pee messes everywhere. I don't have the time or energy to clean pee all day every day.
