Not sure about this app. Not enough interaction for me. Here a little under a month and three followers, just a few likes. Twitter was terrible and this isn't much better. Twitter meets Tumblr, eh? Not impressed.

GOOD workout today
I mean it feels like it is getting easier. I actually got on the elliptical today. Whew! I did 15 minutes-25 on the recumbent, walked a mile, and actually worked on a Nautilus machine.
This is hard for me but I'm still going! I want off these meds!
I want to be healthy. Thats it.
