Hyperfocused & accidently crocheted 2 thirds of a jumper sleeve today. First sleeve took me 5 days (still learning!). The chances of me completing a jumper are slim but not zero- c'mon hyperfocus, hold out for one more week, please? 🙃😄

I know it sounds weird but I'm crying with joy right now bc there's been so much medical, government & journalist gaslighting and abuse for decades- telling us we could get better if we tried harder, and now we have proof that this illness is real- IT'S REAL, IT'S FUCKING REAL!!!

I was one of the thousands who partipated in the DecodeME genetic study- and we finally have the initial results back- people with M.E. have SIGNIFICANT GENETIC DIFFERENCES compared to those who don't.

I took inspo from the album cover for "The Seeds of Love" Tears for Fears, plus a few of the little cryptids from the title song's video. I'm fairly new at doing digital art and wouldn't have made it this far without near constant(!) questions to my kids on how to do things! 😂

I'd love to know why they used purple irises when Bashir meets Garak in DS9. I'd like to think it's bc Iris is the greek goddess of rainbows, with purple symbolising queerness, but it was prolly all that was available on busy day. Even so, I'd say it was clear evidence of divine intervention.
