Agree. I think he shot her because she smiled at him and didn't cower in fear, as he expected.

This was not self defense. The supposed threat no longer existed for these 2 shots to the head. This was an execution. I doubt the windshield shot hit her.

The shooter was involved in a 2010-2012 CBP investigation for using the same tactics. His time serving in the military needs to be reviewed to determine what he did in Afganistan/Iraq. Bottom line, he's a killer and doesn't care who the target is as long as it's sanctioned by the US gov.
