I’ve seen them posting and operating from their districts, not DC. I’m saying they physically ALL return to DC and visibly start working - very publicly- to highlight the lack of work the GOP is doing to end this shutdown

Dems NEED to return to DC. So what if Johnson hasn’t called the house back? All norms have been destroyed already. So push back, get all Dems there, visibly ready to go and working - at tables on the Mall if necessary - and put MORE pressure on the GOP to DO THEIR JOBS

There are approx 3 mill fed employees. Assuming, on avg $100K salary, firing EVERY one would only reduce the fed payroll by 300 billion (w no one left to work & no accounting for unempl costs). DOGE is entirely performative and will end up costing far more than it saves, destroyed lives a byproduct.
