Right?!! lol. I do like Cooks Illustrated “why it works” but other than that… if it’s not within my family’s recipe repertoire, I don’t need the history. I do like origin stories but brandied sweet potatoes… which was the most recent search-sigh…

however I heard he does have 1 idea that I agree on- allowing more fresh produce/foods for SNAP & allowing Drs to prescribe fresh foods- I recognize the hypocrisy should this pass-Rs denounced Obama’s attempts to make school lunches healthier. Type 1 Diabetes though? don’t think he can fix that.
