You can get carpel tunnel from drawing, typing, sports, etc. The trapped nerve can happen when doing repetitive activity. Like lifting

Well, it went okay, but I'm in pain right now since the nerve block wore off. Had carpel tunnel release and nerve release at my elbow. I'm on pain meds, but man it still is painful.
