i have tiktok for noise doom scrolling, i liked Insta when it was just still images, memes, photos..etc. i hate the reels on it.

me either, been playing this game since i was 17.. i'm 44 now. its why most of the time i just get on with it, but the left side sciatica is 'new' so i've not managed to mentally manage it just yet.

It's a bit like 'what's the cause' bingo with it. It could be further disk degeneration, it could be a fibro flare, or it could be that the physiotherapy I've been having for my hip has upset something. It's a matter of MRI and wait and see!
I'm hoping it's just an 'october slide' flare.
