It’s so interesting to me that the same people who are cheering on ICE have HOAs that ban small subsistence gardens. The rich will not be affected by $20 eggs and $10 pound of grapes, but middle and lower income Americans will. Cause and effect Americans.

The rise in egg prices is partially due to the bird flu issue in the U.S. What we aren’t focusing on is that companies are able to recoup their assumed loses by charging the consumer more regardless… they’re not outright price gouging but nothing is stopping them from doing it in short order.
