Formal training does occur must mostly via Federal funded programs.

Check out this finding among dental and medical professionals.

Current government strategy.

Gets butt hurt.
Uses feelings to make decisions.

March 5.
Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

The unemployment rate for people with disabilities is 65.4%; the national unemployment rate is 5%.

...yes people with disabilities can work however society does not often support opportunities for gainful employment.

Today's stocks.
Majority performances are down.

Of the top five performers, three are companies in China, two focus on genetics out of Boston.

March 4
Developmental Disabilities Awareness Day.

Also known as "March forth and do something day".

Today I met with members of the Senate and House for the State of Ohio and raised awareness to issues for people with disabilities. Medicaid and ideas to help people and save money were my focus.

March 3 Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month
Caregiver Appreciation Day.

Send some love to caregivers who go above and beyond. They are often the first line of support, a person's biggest advocate and the first ones through the fire to get things done.

Anyone else feel like we are right back to 50 years ago?

When 504 goes soon to follow will be ADA, Court rulings that favored disability rights, medical ethics, and so much more.

Down syndrome research ALERT!!!!

CRISPR-Cas9 methods to help delete the third copy of the 21st chromosome in cells.

This has such a long way to go in studies. I hope the US can be a part of this.......

So if we are getting refunds from the savings, what are we saving? Isn't that just spending.

Who's the accountant reviewing these decisions?

So if a second pandemic breaks out under POTUS is it still just coincidence?

Department of Defense has failed its audits for the last 7 years.

It's the 2nd largest spending category in America.
And we are cutting off funding to I SAID, DOE,NPS, and other agencies that have actually passed their audit.

Makes perfect sense we haven't cut DoD funds yet.

Everyone complaining about research not being trust worthy.

Remember the Belmont Report came out in 1970's.

Med. Ethics Boards did not exist in hospitals until 1980's.

People were experimented on unknowingly before the mid 1970s.

Today we have to inform you of risks such as survey fatigue.

Book banning...let the games begin.

Ironically she went to a DoD school as a child in Germany.

Who needs to learn about DEI, leadership, and humanity? So overrated.

A reminder that Texas vs Becerras law suit to erase 504 is not just an attack on education for kids with disabilities.

It's also an attack on healthcare access for people with disabilities.

...imagine not getting your insulin because 504 is eliminated and a doctor can legally deny you care.

If you don't trust research. What makes you think a doctor trusts yours?

Oklahoma's SB 1017 being retracted by Senator Dusty Deevers, reminds me of a dog tucking it's tail between its legs knowing it did wrong but then he turns around and conjures ideas to draft another like a dog that did not learn it's lesson.

Keep advocating. Keep fighting. Hold the line!

Been a rough week. So I spent my weekend working on articles, not reading the news, placing front and center the very issues that need my attention. My daughter.

I will not fail those before us and allow us to go backwards in time.

Currently operating at a 100% acceptance rate this year. 🎉

Yep I'm 1:1 on acceptances. I 100% gurantee this rate of acceptance will decline the rest of this year.

For the time I'm going to enjoy this unicorn 🦄.
