im proud of myself for just removing myself from the situation. no petty comeback or low blows to hurt them. just leaving it as it is. old me would’ve exploded back on them.

i don’t think i’ll ever want to be as small as i was before. i think 145-150 might be an ideal weight goal bc i do wanna lose my mom pouch and tone up a bit. need my ass to stay fat tho
