In Denmark our healthcare system is socialized as well. When I suddenly needed surgery I had so much stress, to think of having to deal with insurance as well as potential debt would have made an already unfortunate situation into an actual nightmare. The taxation never bothered me.

It's so refreshing to be able to have such control over my feeds and what I'm seeing. It's taken me from doom-scrolling, to me actually browsing to see things I like and then going off the app without it having ruined my mood.
