Hiatus announcement: unfortunately I will be taking a break from streaming for a while, probably until after the holidays are over. I need time to focus on my mental health and improving myself. I'll still be around here. Picture from my Discord.
Message reads: "Hello everyone. It is unfortunate to say that I will be taking a hiatus from streaming for a while. The holiday season is not doing anything good to my mental health and I've been struggling for a little while. Today was the breaking point. As I've been discussing on my Bluesky, I am in the process of transferring departments at work. Unfortunately today I was informed it will not go through until after the holidays are over, meaning the next six weeks are gonna be bad for my mental health with how busy its gonna be. I will still be around here and on social media. As for when the hiatus will end: it will either be after the holidays or before that point if I feel like coming back. I'll be taking time to focus on myself in the mean time. Thank you all for your understanding."

Back on Thursday, my mod came over and we played a game of 40k with the terrain I ordered. Best game I've played so far.
My army's on the right with my Chaos Space Marines (The Pyre) and my mod is on the left running Space Marines (his homebrew chapter).

I had an idea of how to test units for the tabletop ive been working on. Apparently you can make custom 2D figurines in Tabletop Simulator. It'll make good placeholders til I can buy the actual models.

Behold. My kitbashing attempts tonight.
Combining the Chaos Space Marine Legionaries set with the World Eaters Khorne Berserkers set.
Gonna use them for my Pyre army. Probably gonna make them World Eaters that joined the Pyre, which makes sense as the Pyre is formed from different warbands.

Announcement from my Discord. I haven't decided whether to go on hiatus yet (admittedly it might not be necessary because I do feel better than I did a few days ago, just not good yet). I'm gonna be working on trying to make myself feel better about my streaming.
A Discord message written by "Malphas VTuber" from his Discord server. The text of the message reads: "Just to let y'all know I may or may not end up going on a hiatus due to mental health reasons. Right now I am leaning towards not, but that may very easily change. I've been going through a large bout of depression and anxiety the past couple weeks, but have mostly ignored it. I think it's finally time, though, that I seriously look into trying to fix it (though I will admit this time I don't really know how). It's mostly about me having a lot of self doubt about my abilities as a VTuber and streamer and it's really weighing down on me (alongside real world events). I will keep you guys posted. I think it is probably safe to assume stream may be canceled tomorrow and I might end up not streaming next week."

Howdy Yomi. I'm Malphas, a cowboy fallen angel vtuber. In lore, I was an angel thrown out of both heaven and hell, eventually becoming a vagabond that roamed the universe as a bounty hunter and mercenary. If I were in a comic, I feel I would probably be an anti-hero figure that leaned good.
