- Discord: Not expect an immediate response unless mentioned beforehand (set a sync meeting). Give lead time and leave messages with as much detail (no messages with just a greeting).
- Meetings: provide an agenda beforehand. It's ok to decline if noncritical. Ok to give your notes to the organizer.
