The hardest thing I think is going to be the stress. Things suck right now. For me, the best thing I can do is be so tired I can't help but sleep the whole night. Try to do things that make you tired and don't stress you out close to bedtime.

We have an odd travel experience because we are normally traveling east, which means we have to wake up earlier than we are used to when we get there, which makes it tough. Also, we are not travling for long periods of time, so you never get acclimated to the time. Or you do, then the trip is over.

With all the travel and stress you seem to have lately, I am not surprised. I travel for work sometimes back to back like you and I live in the same time zone. My advice is don't think about the time zone you're from. Try to just think about the one you are in. Don't be like oh it's 3am in LA.

He needs them. You can tell the entire episode, and that struggle to get them for all the reasons he doesn't is just so relatable.
