For those #Environmentalists out there, why are you silent? We've provided evidence thru #BC reports of toxic effluent 1600% OVER the limit! How can this be justified at any level? Unfortunately we just heard from #DFO who states they are not responsible for enforcement of #FisheriesAct. That is #ECCC. Toxic levels 1600% over and feds DO NOTHING! #unregulated #unpermitted #shipbreaking in an EBSA / IBA and immediately beside families with children.
