My favorite animal is the capybara! They're so chill. But this is my second favorite too. My cat Simone and her jacobhorse.

This is my experience. I do better, they cut me off, I backslide. I've had 4 therapists in the past 4 years because not only do they keep cutting me off, there's no such thing as continuity of care. It's intensely frustrating and bad for my mental health. I have bipolar and adhd, I need the help!
