TLDR; Rosy's instability was caused by the wish on the ring paired with Scourge's proximity. The closer he was and the more he lingered, the more wild and rowdy she'd become.

Once he was in jail, she could mellow some.

Be aware that relationships with this hedgehog will NOT start quickly. She's wild and feral and Will attempt to kill ("squish/smush") if she has the opportunity at first. She's not Always in kill mode, though. If you want to try and woo her, you'd best choose your moments wisely.
