Not all states are equal. Can we find another country that will take the hellscape known as Florida off our hands?Then the congressman wouldn't have to worry about living in a country that has the words "all men are created equal" in its founding document.

The other thing is, Trump _is_ committing war crimes in how he's conducting his "War on Drugs". We have armed civilian assets, USCG, CBP, DEA, which could intercept these boats. USCG does this all the time. Using military to do this against nationals who are not at war w/ us violates int'l law.
