Was out collecting spatial videos on the Apple Vision Pro for research—just roaming around the city.
Multiple people yelled at me:
“DUDE, YOU'RE CRAZY!”
and
“DON’T WATCH PORN IN THE STREETS, MY MAN!”
Fair enough. I probably looked like I deserved that 😅

A privileged voice (UC Berkeley professor) and a well-respected leader in computer networking, just casually trying to form a new conference... this is just ridiculous.
I would rather go with his earlier suggestions on improving the reviewing process of existing conferences.

We have an ACM HotMobile 2025 Paper accepted. One of the reviews (gave a weak reject) is 👇... people are shamelessly using ChatGPT for reviewing the paper and confidently giving reject rating 🤯
