I finally managed to get it to work so that I have 2 different models in my resource pack. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the detailed reply! I'll tinker with it further! I'm not planning to sell it, I would just like to fill my world/YT series with my own fantasy creatures. Now I have a png file named villagers.png and in the type folder I have taiga.png for dwarf and jungle.png for elf

Hey! I found this resource pack and thought it was really cool. I've actually tried to modify it to my own tastes and fantasy races. I've run into a problem though where I can't seperate the different textures/races when I seperate the different races by biome (dwarf taiga, elf jungle for example)

I didn't read the article, but I remember the story from some years back. They sell abandoned, historical houses for 1 dollar with the promise that the person that buys it, renovates the place and lives there for a while. It's mainly done to attract people to towns that were being abandoned
