It really shows how much folks truly respect you when they wont use the name you introduced yourself as because they read your dead name on some legal form once and now forget/refuse to use your preferred

A new project begins.
Malissa suit has ended up being a ling wait as well (5ish years now). Hits harder because if feels like the suit is why its been so hard to stay connected with someone who had become such a close friend.
I can understand the difficulty of finishing something they may have lost the passion for.

Got second lob piercings done today by a great friend I made here in the UK. I found out she started piercing again recently and had to ask her to do mine. Its given extra meaning to the piercing and I'll always think about her when I see them <3

Its pretty surreal to be planning the move back to Canada. While I knew that was always the endgame, it felt so much farther away. Now it's only a few months.

6 months of job searching as a trans woman with no luck. Given the current climate around trans folks here in the UK, I took the advice of presenting male at the next interview. I'm both hopeful and dreading the result.
