I just saw the person I love very dearly cry tears of worry, fear, anger, and genuine sadness for the very first time in my arms over all of this. There is a child we teach who hasn’t had a meal in his own for two weeks. He doesn’t deserve that. He’s a very sweet kid that just wants to watch sports.

I was always told growing up that being charitable and helping the community would feel good but this doesn’t feel good. We shouldn’t have to do this. We are being charitable on what should be a bare minimum level of support for fucking children. Kids man. Kids.

We’ve been working so hard just to make sure this already struggling elementary school can support these kids and now that I see that the people in charge of making sure we can do our jobs are direct dangers to the kids we’re trying to support is just killing me so hard man. God. Kill them all.

At the same time I haven’t received my pay for my work in 2 weeks. I don’t expect it because I want these kids not to be hungry but I should I have it. When I took on this program I also didn’t expect to have to provide food en masse for them.

To packing mass lunches and food for these kids in our classes. We have spent time out of our fucking days trying to give a single meal a day to class of 32 children because half of them have parents on SNAP programs

2nd fucking amendment. I work for the government. I TA second graders for an inner city area with the largest amount of poverty in the southeast. These poor fucking children I have to smile at in the mornings can’t afford lunch, lost their EBT and welfare, and my girlfriend and have had to resort-
