Frankenstein has always held a special place in my life, but this version… this is the one. The definitive take I’ll carry with me forever. If you haven’t seen it yet, watch it on Netflix ASAP. Thank you, Guillermo del Toro, for this masterpiece.

Del Toro captures its tragedy, its balance between life and death, love and loss, creation and destruction, and above all, its heartbreaking futility. This isn’t just another adaptation. It’s a true work of art. I feel genuinely lucky to have witnessed it.

Rewriting history is the last refuge of the insecure and the politically fragile. The truth doesn’t vanish with exile. It walks away, finds new ground, and builds something better with no permission, pretense, or apology.

People with integrity don’t need titles, affiliations, or validation to prove their worth. Healthy communities don’t erase the past. They honor growth, honesty, and rebellion over blind submission.

These are the actions of those who have been left behind, desperate to keep control or protect a flattering narrative. When they can’t handle dissent, they silence, censor, and spin. From politicians rewriting history to corporations faking “solidarity,” it’s the same ‘ol game.

In today’s America, where political tribes treat loyalty like religion and social media turns outrage into exposure, erasing people has become a sport. But pretending someone’s legacy never existed doesn’t make you righteous. It shows that you’re scared.
