Was at a conference this past week and this was my morning and afternoon half mile walk. Kinda sad i dont have anything like this around me.

Never played the Souls games. Friends have been bugging me for years so I said fine and picked up Nightreign since my summer just started. Now they're all saying told you so for actually liking and being good at it. Finished it just in time for Summerfest!

So my friend group is all hyped to get the remaster of Oblivion and i was like nah I already experienced it. They didn't believe me so i dug up the OG box and sick mobile ad a certain someone *cough* @dominia.bsky.social *cough* got me all those years ago when it launched.

Finally had the time to invest into V Rising 1.0 and play through Brutal difficulty. They did a fantastic job updating bosses for Brutal and the Dracula fight itself was amazing. Very much reminded me of learning an end boss for a raid or the Mage Tower. Highly recommend it.

I have the sweetest, quietest young girl in one of my CS classes and I am grading her final project. One of the options for their project was a text based fighting game and she had this as a response and it took me off guard and I've been cracking up about it.

Great day of golf. Great tournament. Shot 9 under for 18th out of 72 teams.

My eyes survived! The clouds did their best to stop me from seeing it, but they stayed out of the way for most of the totality so that was cool. Probably should get a better camera in the next 300 years for the next one. :)

Golden Dice acquired! Honestly a really great way to play BG3. Honor mode adds so much depth and tension to the decisions and combat. Almost lost the run a few times and almost during the last fight too.

So this is how my morning went. Apparently smoke was coming out of a closet.
What kind of smoke... well we didn't get told but we all have our herbal suspicions. I'm sure I'll know by end of day.

Internet dead forced me to go be social. So now I'm at the district opening of a new facility and I snuck into the arena to watch all the rehearsals for the opening 🙃
