3 yo: Mommy I’m going to take my boots off
Me: oh just leave them on. It’s so windy that when we get to daycare, we want to go right in and not mess around.

My preschooler had a lot of questions about ducks today and if they have wings, why they have wings. I answered as best I could, wondering why that was on her mind since she’s seen live ducks.
Turns out the ducks she’s most familiar with are Donald and Daisy.

My preschooler had a lot of questions about ducks today and if they have wings, why they have wings. I answered as best I could, wondering why that was on her mind since she’s seen live ducks.
