Ukraine has successfully hit the Rosneft Sheskharis Oil Transshipment Facility Novorossiysk, Russia. Local videos of the attack do not show any evidence of anti-aircraft guns firing or captured the sound of drones. We have moderate confidence this was a cruise missile attack.
