Because consent is almost impossible to tell in art for one. For two, vague standards like this are always harmful to groups seen as sexualized (LGBTQ+ especially). For three it's fiction! Fiction that's often a coping mechanism for victims. Fiction that includes works like GoT or mythology.

Look up the shared history of things like the leather and pup community with LGBTQ+.

Bluesky's new rules are wide. They can ban a HUGE portion of ALL NSFW content based on these rules.

Queer content is seen as inherently more sexual, and is more frequently reported.
