You are probably correct. But I have a friend that's sucked into the alt-right pipeline and (I think) I'm slowly drawing them out with discussions like this. I think it's important to engage with real people who are misinformed. Maybe I just forgot I was on the Internet for a minute.

The difference is these pictures are taken out of context. We have video of Elon doing the full literal salute on national TV.

I think it’s time we start dropping subscriptions. These folks are billionaires because we bought into and use their products. We are what created their wealth, and continue to feed it.

I agree he was a weak candidate. If that link is correct, (thanks for providing it!) I did not realize he was polling so badly. Really, he should never have sought reelection and gave the DNC time to find a better candidate. They wouldn't have. But it would have been nice if they had a chance.

As an old white man I think he would have done better than Harris. Probably still wouldn't have won though. I think the only way the Dems could have won would have been to put up their own populist "outsider".

I won't even make eye contact or small talk with people I like.

It's not just that corporations have gotten better at union busting. They have, but a lot (not all) of unions have also sold out to them.
