I have been a father for almost 15 years now, and I am extremely happy about it. Children are the greatest we can have on this planet. I have the feeling, though, that large portions of society have unlearned this. Pity.

Yes, multi-national parents are a big problem for officials. I have seen quite a lot on my own. However, my experience is that German officials are actually better at this than those of most other countries. They know the rules well, and will often help the parents using them to their advantage.

Ich hatte selbst schon Krankschreibungen, wo Teilzeit sinnvoll gewesen wäre. Zuletzt eine Woche nach einer ambulanten Bein-OP. Weder lange sitzen noch lange stehen -> nix 8h im Büro. Langsam 1h -> 4h im Home-Office steigern wäre aber gut gewesen. Auch für mich selbst, nicht nur für den Arbeitgeber.

Interessant, dass die geradezu blitzartige und komplett unideologische Beseitigung der Abhängigkeit von russischem Erdgas nicht dabei ist. Aus meiner Sicht der wichtigste unter den vielen Erfolgen von Robert #TeamRobert 💚 .
