Just a small random potato looking for their place in this large dumpster fire world.
I just got Christmas lights put on the house yesterday and about to get some other decorations put up today if the weather allows. So I'd say it's not too early.

I'm not an artist but sometimes I get motivated when people just brainstorm stuff with me or let me talk their ear off with random ideas (even if they're weird ideas).

Same! Like I actually get some interaction on here and I'm an insignificant potato who actually has some followers. Like what?! 🥹

Exactly! And that you can actually mark you own the book right at the front of the books page and it's not in a weird back hidden spot like Goodreads has it.

There's some cute single player games that have come out or that's been out. No Place Like Home is a good one and the dev's most recent one, Fresh Start. Toem is also a really cute photo one that me and my twin enjoyed playing. I would love you to try that if you think that's your thing. 🤗

I've actually had random people following me since I've joined and I've been following them back, not afraid of them being some sort of bot. It's been nice. 🥹

I've had the same one since I was a wee little one! And yes it was just used the other day to get more books than I should have checked out at once.

Literally found this the other day on here and already got me and my twin switched over already.

Now to find a generous donor to get me switched to a Nook and my ebooks from B&N. 🥲

Ours uses Hoopla, which I use (and maybe Libby)! I believe Baltimore City, MD uses Hoopla and Libby for theirs.

It's funny cause I was literally telling my twin we need to find an alternative to Goodreads as I was hoping to slowly switch from my kindle to nook once I get some money (I use ebook for some of my reading for health issues and saving space).

Same. I hope it will get me back into reading more truthfully. I'm kicking my butt back into gear to spend at least 30 minutes a day reading again. So far it's been poetry and non-fiction books, but I'm hoping to start on a fiction book soon.
