I think Stratholme might be that brown mark near a mountain who separates Eversong woods.

One thing that i am super curious about Midnight map is, what is happening with this piece of land? did they remove it? did they rework to be part of the new Ghostlands?

Foot Clan Skyscrapper could easily be a Mountain; Turtle's Lair in the sewer? a swamp; Manhattan is literally an Island.
