Weekend project completed. My previous water heater was also a heat pump water heater but due to some mice building a nest inside of it, the control board was messed up and wouldn't stay in heat pump mode. A replacement board is impossible to find.
I ended up getting a new one with Wifi!

I need to know the story behind this. There's an unopened bottle of Welch's sparkling juice and an entire cake sitting on the median of a busy intersection.
There have been a few beggars on this intersection so I'm guessing someone gave these to them but the beggar didn't really want them.
