Q5- I hope to learn about different tech platforms, how to adapt them in my classroom (which doesn't naturally lend itself to tech as much as other subjects), and to plan how to use tech regularly to create better learning opportunities and moments of connection for my students. #mctechsavvy #teched

Q4- I think my students would say I was definitely better than other teachers with using tech, but still behind others. They would probably say that I could incorporate it more regularly and intentionally. Looking forward to changing that for next year! #mctechsavvy #edutech #education #musiced

Q3 The biggest challenge I (and prob. other educators) have is not having adequate time to utilize new tech. Although PD is given to introduce us to new tech tools, it takes time to adapt all of our lessons to new platforms- and it's time we don't have the luxury of having #mctechsavvy #edutech

Q2. A small tech change I could make that would have a big impact on student learning is gamifying our music theory topics (which can be dry). I did it with a few topics and realized how much more engaged they were and how much more they retained. #mctechsavvy #musiced #edutech #education

Q5 One of the biggest education trends is AI creating truly personalized learning opportunities. The ability to immediately adjust reading levels or how content is explained for every student in seconds is a game changer- it's just a matter of making it accessible for all students. #brandyourclass

Q4- I love using social media as a teacher, but certain platforms are more conducive to the classroom setting. I prefer Instagram, followed by FB (outdated for my students, but used by many caregivers). IMHO, other platforms are harder to control in terms of appropriate interaction. #brandyourclass

Q3. Collaboration is key when it comes to the tech learning curve. I am always helping less experienced teachers with tech & our library media specialists have helped me on numerous occasions as well. Q2: AI is understandably controversial in the classroom. That being said, it can make mindless, time-consuming tasks more efficient so that we can actually dedicate our time to make our classrooms, curricula, & teaching style reflect the best version of ourselves #brandyourclass. #education #musiced
