But generally, just resting in less lit areas and not using screens has helped those eyeaches a lot for me. Just taking your time to let them rest might do wonders, but YMMV.

If this lasts for too long though, the best would be to consult an ophtalmologist for deeper care.

I've been having the same issues as well, mainly on one eye.

I've done a few things that have helped with it, mainly an eye patch to let it rest from time to time, with some compresses to keep it closed, using a wifi controlled lightbulb and made it less bright outside of work.

So let's be more welcoming to one another, as we all walk different sides of life.

Don't let the hatred of this world seep into your actions and words.

Properly look at people, and act for everyone's benefit. Not just theirs, not just yours, but everyone.

Only then can we have a peaceful world.

I mean "can't be" because they are limited by external factors: harsh family, impossibility of getting treatment or hormones, or just simply not having the ludicrous amount of money necessary for the surgery.

The vision was pretty overambitious (especially the social media side), but the UI was on point. There was a lot of things that really clicked well, and that showed that there is a market for this particular type of UI...

... especially when Nintendo refuses to do anything theming related.

I have struggled a lot with this concept but for a totally different reason than most: I am able to picture fully 3D renders, textured and all, of an item I think about.

But the moment I focus on it in order to use as a reference, it becomes something completely different, and never predictable.

It truly is an obfuscation of information that shouldn't happen to begin with.

It's like those forums that force people to sign in, in order to see the most barebones information you can find about a product.

Relying on an App Store as a credential of any kind has some "walled garden" effects one would not necessarily want (and could potentially be spoofed through hackery).

It'll make their job a little bit harder, but not enough to warrant locking apps to just specific App Stores.

Rather, technology has no moral alignment, as it is what we do with it that defines it as either one or the other. It is up to us to make sure that it stays on the side that benefits the whole rather than a select few.

Imagine losing a badge you've paid 20,000€ (or more) for. Past a certain point, you really shouldn't be losing them at any point.

For real, though, focusing on financial growth over major "unique to livestream" features is why the viewership has been in steady decline for almost 5 years in a row 😢

Another example would be using a VPN to pass oneself as someone you aren't.

The only thing this will catch are the "current trolls" (which is great, don't get me wrong), but not the ones that will evolve to obfuscate such a feature by default.

I don't know whether this would be helpful to begin with, unless there's a way to detect and warn about the use of a VPN.

A truly malicious bad actor could very well use another country to pin the blame on, which could then have further repercussions if we rely on such a thing.
