I can tell, they're still leaking data.
I keep getting random calls since I attached the number on LinkedIn, no voicemail, and when I can call them back "number not in service" every time.

Those signs are nonsensical, it's exactly the same as telling a driver to get out of their car and push it. Not everyone have the ability to push their car either.

one of my cats had a UTI soo bad that they required a surgery to resolve it... which just happened to be bottom surgery, and now have to eat a special diet (which the other cat kept eating instead at first o.o)

The route has been designated as a bike route for many decades, with people linking it to the 1999 Pan Am games.
There was already a temp bike lane installed as part of the enhanced summer bike route program (during COVID).
There is regularly drivers speeding, causing some death and many close call.
