Ran the SEC filing for the Dec 2023 Ineos share purchase from the Glazers through ChatGPT to try & work out under what circumstances SJR can take over the Glazer shareholdings…doesn’t look very encouraging - either Ineos need an external buyer or they need Avram or Joel to clock it..comments welcome

But the following refers to an offer made to Ineos (by someone other than Ineos?) to purchase all the shares (including the Glazers’)… can’t see how that leads to an Ineos buyout - what am I missing?
