ok BUT; the alliteration of ‘sticky semesters at wetherspoons’ puts my teeth on edge in the exact same way that their carpets used to… the author has definitely been in a ‘spoons, even if they may have misunderstood its purpose as a venue

aw it’s great when the universe sends you a message when you really need it!

(once, when I was flagging on a run, a random brass band started playing Eye of the Tiger which got me to the end with a smile on my face, even!)

thank you! there are a few grey garter ridges spread through the green, partly to make sure the lace panels tie in better, but mostly because I mis-guessed my yardage twice 💀 and needed to incorporate more grey to make sure I didn’t run out of green. worked out beautifully though!

yarn is a mix of a random grey and Juniper Moon Finley DK Dappled in Tough Gold, although I would describe it as more of a green.
