Okay, I know it's been almost a month since I last updated and while I wasn't as completely dedicated like I should have been, I'm not upset.

This means I've been able to maintain the weightloss, which has been the main point of it (compared to the 270s I was in earlier this year).

I'm happy.

Day, idfk lol.
Had 4 days of poor eating choices and eating too much. And now Im feeling sore, icky, and bloated. Paying attention to my eating again as I was feeling pretty great prior to this.

Three weeks! Not perfect. But at least significantly better than I have been.

It's kinda funny, though. When others are on a weightloss journey, I try to help them. With me others are like. "Well, you've been sick. You need to eat more.

I'm not just dropping weight. I'm not doing a crash diet. I'm doing better for myself and putting myself first for the first time in a long time.
I'm saying No.
And not letting myself be tempted when others try to tempt me.
I'm going back to the me who know when I was done eating.

Day 17!!!
Almost 3 weeks in!
I'm OFFICIALLY down 25 pounds from my highest weight. Yesterday I got two liters of water in for the first time in a week. Still trying to feel better, but baby steps.

Day 16.
I'm still sick. But much better. I've not kept up on my water at all, and won't be able to today. Hoping tomorrow we'll be on the up and up.

Day 15.
Illness: some improvement. Still terrible headache/ pressure, some sinus issues, BUT I don't ache or have ear pain like I did.
I'd rather have a hysterectomy again compared to this last week.

I can't stop sneezing. And every sneeze causes pain in every part of my body.

I thought it was strep. But now I think it's the flu.
Plus side: I'm down .8 pounds.

Since starting this update to my life, I noticed Ive been sleeping and waking up better. Yesterday I didn't do as well due to a food fest and socializing. I feel it this morning. Ewwy. Back on the train ♡
