I do, in fact, still do #urbex sometimes - This is an old 1860s 'Palmerston' era fort converted into a cold war emergency centre some time in the 1980s. I'm amazed someone got the blast doors open.

It's sad to see that there's no real queer scene near me, despite being between two major cities.
There's two gay bars near me, there's nothing gay about either of them.
It feels a lot like the scene down my ends didn't survive Section 28.
Can't wait to live up north.

I am indeed making progress on this. Although my gf is sorting the complicated bits as I can't computer very well lol. It's a simple Discord server at best.
I'm hoping this project works... Can I genuinely build the UK's online queer community it's own little airsoft corner?

So I spent the weekend in Brighton being INCREDIBLY gay. When I look at all the graffiti, the socialist stickers on every lamp post and pride flags everywhere, it gives me enough hope to tell the far right in the UK one thing - Good fuckin' luck, dickheads.

Today is Armistice Day.
I've always been a slight outcast in some queer and progressive circles because of my belief in it.
But I don't see it like the gammons do - So many young soldiers lost out on living their lives to a vicious cycle of fascists and warmongers. The far-right hijacked it all.
