Ok wow, finally got round to trying Cocoon 🤯 some real Big Brain Game Design on show, which I was aware of going into it, but people don’t talk enough about how good the visuals are!

Just finished a cozy nostalgic prequel to the point n click classic, complete with Simon’s original voice actor, some ridiculous puzzles and an insane song as part of the soundtrack!

UPDATE:
• The diagonal attack becomes optional later on ✅
• the hitbox isn’t the issue, it’s just the very short time between getting hit consecutively, GOTTA GET GOOD! 😀
Played it all day yesterday and it’s very much shadow of the erdtree, more of the same and all excellent 👍🏻

2 things that are killing me in #Silksong right now:
1) constant whiffing the down diagonal attack both in combat and platforming
2) the Needle hitbox feels like enemies can get between me and the weapon
Hopefully I can get a feel for it!
