Being a student of history, I always felt Jimmy Carter’s presidency was somewhat unfairly maligned.

His post presidency life rivaled none. Depending on how you look at it Carter may have been a middle-of-the-road president (ahead of his time in several ways), but he was a good man. Rest in peace.
